A diary to help people monitor and overcome their health anxiety

This diary is used to monitor situations in which you experience health anxiety. This is done by answering a number of questions regarding the experience, level of anxiety, thoughts and behaviour. Monitoring your health anxiety helps you to gain insight and notice changes throughout your treatment.

How can you use this diary?

This diary is suitable for people experiencing anxiety surrounding their health. The diary can be used in combination with the module ‘Health anxiety'.

This diary is designed to be used on the Minddistrict mobile app. It can however also be used on other devices and on the web platform.
