For whom is this module suitable?

This self-help training is for adults who are struggling with being able to sleep well.

What’s the content of this module?

This training will support people in sleeping better by working on their sleeping habits, practicing with relaxation exercises and considering their unhelpful thoughts. This modules contains six sessions and triggers a sleep diary, where people can keep track of their sleep.

How can you use this module?

This training is designed to be used as unguided self-help, where the client can work through the exercises on their own and at their own pace. There is also a guided version of the Sleep well module, which can be used in a setting where feedback from a professional is required.

What is this module based on?

The content of the module has been put together during an extensive development process and is based on relevant literature as well as the knowledge and experience of practitioners and patients.
