This training is for people who have difficulty to relax, for example because of stress.

Do you often feel stressed and tense? Then this training can help you. You will learn how to relax by practising with a few relaxation techniques. This will help you to let go of the tension.

How to use this training

This training can be used as self-help or guided self-help. It can also be offered alongside other treatments. There are several diaries that can be offered in combination with this training, such as the relaxation diary

How has this training been developed?

The training has been developed in close co-operation with an expert panel of therapists and patients. The Minddistrict team familiarises itself with cutting-edge research and the most recent evidence-based practices. Relevant literature is taken into account during the development.
