What is the OCD ERP diary?

The aim of this diary is to evaluate Exposure Response Prevention exercises by answering a number of questions. First you describe which situation or object in the fear hierarchy you faced and your level of anxiety. You then describe whether you carried out a compulsion or safety behaviour. By evaluating your exercises in a diary, you gain valuable insights to keep facing your fear.

How can you use this diary?

This diary is suitable for everyone with OCD who conducts Exposure Response Prevention exercises. The diary can be combined with the module ‘Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder’.
