Who is 'Self help: Work stress' for?

This self-help training is suitable for adults experiencing prolonged and significant levels of stress related to work.

What is the training about?

In this training you will learn about the different ways you can manage your work stress. You will become able to spot the different signs of work stress, learn useful skills and establish healthy habits that help you to both overcome your work stress and prevent it from coming back into your life.

How to use this training

This training can be used as self-help or guided self-help. It can also be offered alongside other treatments, including the Work stress module. There are also optional diaries to use in conjunction with this training.

How has this training been developed?

The training has been developed in close co-operation with an expert panel of therapists and patients. The Minddistrict team familiarises itself with cutting-edge research and the most recent evidence-based practices. Relevant literature is taken into account during the development.
