Transition, planning and delivery at Mental Health 2019

Meet us at one of the year's biggest mental health conferences, looking at the current state of affairs in UK mental health care.

At the beginning of this year, the NHS Long Term Plan reinforced commitment to the biggest transformation of mental health care the country has seen.

On Thursday 26 September, healthcare professionals will come together at the Royal Society of Medicine in London for Mental Health 2019 - the third annual conference by Govconnect, dedicated to promoting collaboration among delivery partners across the healthcare system.

Digital solutions and prevention

Here at Minddistrict, we're proud to be a sponsor of this event and are excited to be a part of what is set out to be a significantly valuable day, where we'll hear from a great selection of speakers. Topics throughout the day include redesigning children's mental health services using digital solutions and prevention vs. cure in mental health.

Jacqui Dyer MBE, Vice-Chair of the Mental Health Taskforce, will serve as Chair of the event and will be delivering the opening address and closing remarks. The Taskforce are the independent organisation behind the Five Year Forward View for Mental Health, the groundbreaking 2016 report that secured an additional £1 billion in funding for mental health, creating more access to care.
