What is the module 'Chronic pain and sleep' about?
The purposes of this module are to improve how users cope with their chronic pain and to improve their quality of sleep. The module entails all the aspects relevant for treating pain and sleep problems: psycho-education, motivational interventions, exercises concerning sleep habits, pain management, relaxation exercises and cognitive techniques.
In every chapter, the user receives informationby text and animations, listens to and watches caregivers' and peer leaders' stories and fills in exercises. When the module is finished, they have the theoretical and practical knowledge on how to deal with their chronic pain and sleep issues.
This module has recently been updated with an improved integration of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) which is easier to use for both the client and therapist.
