Panic: thought challenge diary
The aim of this diary is to challenge catastrophic misinterpretations of panic symptoms. First, you describe the trigger, physical symptoms and the catastrophic misinterpretations you have regarding the symptoms. Then, you consider an alternative explanation for your physical symptoms and the believability of this explanation.
