With this diary, you can monitor situations in which you experience anxiety by answering questions regarding the situation, level of anxiety, thoughts, behaviour and focus of attention. This way, you gain an overview of your anxiety and, together with your coach or therapist, you can discover patterns in thoughts, behaviour and focus that help you.

This diary is suitable for people with social anxiety and can be combined very well with the module ‘Social anxiety’.
