Additionally, people receive tools to build more personal strength that helps with dealing with stress better. Also, tools are given that can be helpful in reducing stress, such as changing unhelpful thoughts, being assertive, setting priorities and dealing with conflict. Lastly, the module addresses limiting stress in the future.
