This module is suitable for adults who experience excessive worrying and anxiety about everyday matters.
What is the content of this module?
The goal of the module is to contribute to the patient gaining more control over their worries. It consists of 5 sessions and focuses on understanding worry, but also on ways to start worrying less. Exercises that are offered are: using a thought record, having a 'worry time' and problem solving. This module also includes a session about relapse prevention and triggers a diary where hypothetical worries and practical worries can be recorded.

The module is based on the knowledge and experience of an expert panel of therapists and patients as well as relevant literature.
