The Minddistrict team familiarises itself with cutting-edge research and the most recent evidence-based practices. The module is step 2. Minddistrict owns this module and it is part of the Minddistrict module library.
How can this module be used?
This module can be used as a guided module where a therapist discusses the session with the client every so often. However, the module can also be used as a self-help module.
