Digital solutions for mental health at UK e-Health week

e-health

It’s that time of the year again! On the 19-20th of April, we will make our way to London’s Olympia for the UK’s biggest and most influential e-health event. We’re excited to be exhibiting at the UK e-Health week.

The time for digital solutions is now

Digital solutions has been very much on NHS’s radar for the last years, and e-health plays a big part in their 5 year forward view. Beverley Bryant, Director of Digital Technology NHS, will have the opening speech to kick off UK e-Health week. In an interview ahead of her talk, she made it clear that digital health is a must for healthcare organisations:

“It is not OK to do nothing anymore. If you were a CEO of a care provider you would not want to be at the bottom of the list. It’s time everyone stepped up to this and we have the support in place to allow them to do it.”

Programme highlights

We spotted some impactful mental health care highlights on the programme that we don’t want to miss:

  • Day 1: the NIB Panel ‘Personalised Health & Care 2020: Achieving the Vision’ by John Newton, Interim Chair of NIB (Chair). Come and join our follow-up discussion session on personalised empowered mental health care at stand 1 straight after the panel discussion at 14.00. Or join the discussion via #futureNHS
  • Day 2: How can the health and care system earn public trust for the use of confidential data? Are you doing it safe? Join our discussion session on e-health and confidentiality at 14.00 directly after the talk #futureNHS

Blue-prints for the future NHS: experience digital care models for mental health

We appreciate that extensive knowledge is needed in order to develop the blueprints that will help the NHS to move forward. Therefore, during the two day event, Minddistrict will provide interactive workshops for the brave who are taking the lead on the development of new mental health care models. So empower yourself and pop by stand 1 to explore smart technology and get the chance to learn from successful implementation of new models of digital solutions across the UK and Europe.

Workshops

  • Revolutionised care model-assessment workshops

Based on care delivery models and aspirations, we will assess and co-identify where more can be done for less with e-health against a stable and proven higher quality of care.

  • The online therapy experience

Experience seamless care on a tablet and try out online therapy for yourself. With a patient focused vision in mind we would love to hear your unsalted feedback.
