In the stress diary people can register stressful moments. They write down what made them stressful and how much stress they experienced. In this way, people receive an overview of moments they experience as very stressful, which allows them to analyse situations that cause stress. The reaction to stress the person has is also part of the diary.

The stress diary is meant for people who experience stress-related complaints. It can be combined with online modules in which stress is a subject, for example Work Stress and Learn to relax.
