Many people are having trouble sleeping, getting a good night’s rest. But sleeping problems and their causes often vary. This diary helps to detect problems surrounding sleep. People with sleeping problems log their sleep in this diary, but also register factors that influence their sleeping. Over time, the diary provides insight in the amount of sleep, sleeping habits and helping or disturbing factors.

How can you use this diary?

This diary is meant to be used by people with sleeping problems. It can be combined with the online module Sleep Well or other treatments for sleeping problems.

Mobile first

This sleep diary is perfect to use in the Minddistrict mobile app. It can however also be used on other devices and on the web platform. Care providers can configure the amount of notifications for this diary.
