Thought scheme diary
In this diary clients are able to fill in a thought scheme for any event, starting with a description of the event.
Contact MinddistrictAbout the scheme
The basis of this scheme is the 5G schema, a tool that focuses on the event, thoughts, feelings, behaviour, and consequences. The diary is initially often used to help clients practise identifying the different components. It is also used to support them in forming more helpful thoughts and effective coping strategies.
From unhelpful to helpful thoughts
By regularly filling out a thought scheme, clients explore their own thoughts and practise formulating new, more helpful ones. The diary is universally applicable across all Minddistrict modules and is particularly used in combination with modules focused on mood. It is also suitable to use alongside the Challenge your thoughts diary.
Mobile app
Minddistrict’s diary functionality has been optimised for use in the app. This means the diary can be filled out anytime, anywhere. Additionally, clients can receive regular reminders to fill in the diary: as a therapist, you can set the reminders and discuss with them when they will be sent.
