The module gives practical tips for eating healthier and exercising more at home, as well as stressing how important it is for your clients to take small steps and to be kind to themselves.

This module is for everyone who wants to become fit and stay healthy during the Coronavirus crisis.
What’s the content of this module?
This module consists of two parts:
- Building motivation for staying fit. Your clients can choose their own way to becoming motivated - including setting a ‘higher goal’ or thinking about their values.
- Information on exercising enough and eating healthy during the Coronavirus crisis. Information is given on what a healthy lifestyle is exactly. Tips are given on staying healthy during the Coronavirus crisis specifically.
How can this module be used?
“Stay home, stay fit” is a self-help module. This means that anyone with a Minddistrict account can find this module in the self-help catalogue.
