Modules: high-quality
treatment tools

Whether for specialist treatment, guidance or self-help: modules can support your hybrid care. All of the Minddistrict modules are carefully created by our team of behavioural change experts, together with experience experts and specialists from the field.

Why use modules?

Our modules are aimed at behavioural change. Modules can help professionals structure their treatment process and can enable patients to get a clearer picture of their route to recovery. Psychoeducation, examples and exercises offer patients points of reference they can use at home. And they can work on them conveniently in the mobile app.

The modules are really great. The content is convincingly summarised, sometimes going beyond the textbook standard. The videos of patients also summarise their experience very succinctly and authentically.

Offer hybrid care with guided modules...

Out of all the ehealth functionalities, guided modules are perhaps the most popular amongst care providers. With 'guided' we mean with feedback from the therapist. Patients go through the chapters of the online-module and at certain points they send their answers and reactions to their care provider. The written feedback they receive can guide them through the next chapter. The guided modules can also be discussed in face to face settings. The perfect tool for hybrid care.

...or let people select their own self-help modules

Self-help is more like an ‘on demand’ service. As long as people have access to Minddistrict, they can select self-help modules from the catalogue and start right away. Whether their goal is prevention, to bridge waiting time, or to work on a topic alongside other treatment, such as a guided module. The self-help modules are engaging and motivate to take the next step.
